Beach House Overview
Welcome to our beach house! Aqua Vista is located on St. George Island in the gated, private area known as The Plantation. It is an oceanfront house situated on the most beautiful beach on the island. The views from the house are unbeatable. The house has three stories, six bedrooms/bathrooms, a pool, elevator and private access to the beach. The kitchen overlooks the ocean with granite counters and stainless appliances. There are three master suites, each with balconies over looking the ocean, 2 bedrooms with triple bunk beds (queen bed on the bottom, twin bed on the top), and a queen bedroom suite. The third story has a recreation room overlooking the first floor. Here you'll find a billiards table, foos ball table, wet bar with mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, a Wii game system, large flat screen TV and Blu-ray player, sleeper sofa, and sitting area. Two dogs up to 20 lbs each are welcome.
Bed Sizes: 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 triple bunks (2 queens/2 twins), 1 queen sleeper sofa

First Floor
The first floor has an open floor plan. The first thing you notice as you walk through the front door is the three story windows welcoming you to the beach. The view will take your breath away. A beautiful "under the sea" stainglass window hangs above the front door.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a kurig coffee maker and an abundance of appliances and pots/pans.
The queen suite bedroom and bathroom are on this floor as well.

Second Floor
The second floor is comprised of 2 bedrooms.
A king size master suite with private balcony. The master suite bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the ocean.
The second bedroom is a tripple bunk bed room; a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bed on the top bunk. This room has a private balcony overlooking the front of the home and a prive bathroom, with a shower/tub combo and walk in closet.
Third Floor
On the third floor you'll find three additional bedrooms, as well as a recreation room that looks over the first floor.
On this floor there are two king size master suites, each with a private balcony. Each master suite bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub.
The third bedroom is a tripple bunk bed room; a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bed on the top bunk. This room has a private balcony overlooking the front of the home and a prive bathroom, with a shower/tub combo and walk in closet.
